HOTEL BOOKING POLICY

• When booking conference package it will be possible to choose the hotel category among those indicated: 3***, 3***PLUS, 4****.
• The accommodation booking will be done following the booking order.
• By 6th of October 2023 each participant will be informed about the assigned hotel.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Final date for early bird payment is 30th June 2023.
• All prices above stated are per person.
• All bank transaction costs need to be covered by conference participants.
• After payment each participant will  receive proforma invoice and further instructions.

EVENT CANCELATION POLICY

• In case of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all the received amout except of 100 Eur due to administrative cost.

PARTICIPANT CANCELATION POLICY

• Up to 60 days prior to arrival day 100 % booked units may be cancelled at no penalty.
• 60 to 30 days prior to arrival forfeit 50 % of total booked units may be cancelled at not penalty.
• 29 to 15 days prior to arrival forfeit 25 % of total booked units may be cancelled at not penalty.
• 14 -5 days prior to arrival forfeit 5 % of total booked units may be cancelled at not penalty.
• 4-1 days prior to arrival forfeit 0 % of total booking units may be cancelled at no penalty.
